Can I require prepayment for every session?
Yes. Set the rule to full price at booking, and the assistant asks for it before the appointment is confirmed as paid. You can also ask for a percentage or a fixed deposit instead.
Can I block time between sessions?
Set each therapist's hours and closed days, and add closures for holidays or training days. A per-service cleanup buffer is on the roadmap.
What if a client needs to reschedule?
Every confirmation carries a link to change or cancel, within the notice window you set. The change lands on your calendar instantly.
Does it handle packages or memberships?
Not yet — sessions are booked and paid one at a time. Packages and gift cards are on the roadmap.
