Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book through a link or QR code in any web browser — nothing to install.
How long does setup take?
Your booking page and dashboard are ready the moment you finish signing up — most businesses take their first booking the same day. You can edit services and hours yourself anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Basic and upgrade to Standard or Premium from your dashboard whenever you're ready.
Is it bilingual?
Yes — the booking chat supports English and Spanish on every plan, including Basic. It detects the customer's language automatically.
What kinds of businesses is this for?
Any appointment-based business — barbershops, hair & beauty salons, nail salons, spas, pet groomers, tattoo studios, cleaning and lawn services, personal trainers, and more. The assistant and dashboard use your industry's own wording.
Can I add my whole team?
Yes. Basic covers up to 2 people, Standard up to 10, and Premium up to 25 — flat price, no per-employee fees. The assistant books several clients at once and lets each client pick their preferred person — or assigns the next available. Bigger team or a chain? Ask us about Enterprise.
How does it cut no-shows?
Ask for a deposit or full payment when the client books — the money goes straight to your own Stripe account and we take no platform fee. Clients who turn on notifications get a reminder the day before, and you get a summary of tomorrow's appointments every evening.
Does it work for businesses that go to the client?
Yes. Mobile detailers, cleaners and other travelling businesses list the cities or ZIP codes they serve. The assistant checks the client's area before offering times, collects the address, keeps travel time between visits, and can add a trip charge to the price.
What happens to my clients' data?
Your clients' names, phone numbers and addresses stay in your account. We never sell them or use them for advertising. Addresses are removed six months after the visit, and any client can ask to be erased at any time.
